• If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day, the order will be shipped within next business day.
• All orders placed on Saturday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
• Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
• Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays.
• Allen & Allen Motor Speedway Racing reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
• All non defective equipment can be returned for full credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
• The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.
• Must contact our offices within 30 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.

• All returns must be post marked within 5 business days.
• Equipment must not be altered, tampered or damaged .
• Original merchandise packaging must not be defaced or altered in any way.
• All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions.
• Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
